1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Personalized or final sale items and accessories (such as face masks or jewelry) cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

- If approved, refunds are processed via your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable except in cases where we made an error or the item was defective.
